📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build trust and understanding between PT Sumber Mineral Nusantara and local communities
• Conduct regular meetings and workshops with community leaders, local government, and other stakeholders to address concerns and foster collaboration
• Monitor and report on social and environmental performance indicators, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards
• Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between the company and community members
• Organize and participate in community development projects, such as education programs, health initiatives, and infrastructure improvements
• Maintain strong relationships with local media and community organizations to promote positive narratives about the company's operations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that community feedback and concerns are addressed effectively
• Stay informed about local laws, regulations, and best practices in community relations and sustainable development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community relations, stakeholder management, or a similar role in the mining or resource sector
• Strong understanding of local governance, community development, and environmental regulations in Bangka Belitung
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with English being an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to responsible and sustainable mining practices
