In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with mechanics and technicians, and ensuring all services are completed on time and to the highest standards. You will work with a variety of tools and software, including SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and specialized automotive diagnostic tools. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring all services are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Coordinate with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office Suite to manage schedules, inventory, and customer records.
• Perform vehicle diagnostics using specialized automotive tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of workshop equipment and tools to maintain operational efficiency.
• Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive service and operations.
• Proven experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
