This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of our sales and marketing operations, and we are offering a competitive salary of Rp 6,000,000 - Rp 8,500,000 per month.

As an Admin Sales Marketing Support, you will play a crucial role in managing our sales and marketing data, coordinating with our sales team, and ensuring that our marketing materials are up-to-date and professionally presented. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain sales and marketing databases using Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
• Assist in the organization and planning of sales and marketing events.
• Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing managers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in sales or marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
