As a Laboratory QA/QC Technician, you'll handle every stage of the sample process, from initial preparation to final shipment, using state-of-the-art equipment like XRF analyzers and ICP-MS. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze mineral samples using advanced laboratory equipment such as XRF analyzers and ICP-MS.
• Conduct quality control and quality assurance tests to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Document and report test results accurately, maintaining detailed records for audit purposes.
• Collaborate with the mining operations team to ensure seamless sample handling and processing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to sample preparation and analysis.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
• Participate in regular training and certification programs to stay updated with industry best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new quality control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory QA/QC role, preferably in the mining or mineral processing industry.
• Certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using XRF analyzers, ICP-MS, and other laboratory equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to remote mining sites.
