🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in water distribution or a similar role in the logistics and supply chain industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing distribution networks.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management methodology is a plus.
