📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct on-site quality inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Perform routine and in-depth quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize SPC software and other quality control tools to monitor and analyze production processes.
• Document and report quality issues, deviations, and corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective measures and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Field Quality Control role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management standards is a plus.
• Proficient in using SPC software, LabVIEW, and other quality control tools.
• Strong understanding of statistical process control and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel to various locations within Bali for inspections and audits.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing processes and products of Massindo Group is a plus.
