📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with affiliate networks, publishers, and influencers.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Analyze market trends and industry data to refine our affiliate marketing approach.
• Create and distribute compelling content, including blog posts, emails, and social media updates, to engage our audience and drive traffic.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, attending industry events and webinars as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools, such as CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Marketing, or ShareASale.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with Bali’s digital marketing landscape and local market dynamics is a plus.
