🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 6 or equivalent)
- TEFL or TESOL certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a Mandarin language program
- Experience working with students aged 5-18
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
