📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with bank clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products.
• Promote and sell MSIG Life's insurance products through bancassurance channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank clients and financial institutions.
• Provide expert advice on life insurance policies, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the bancassurance team.
• Attend industry events and training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the financial sector.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with MSIG Life's policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bancassurance, sales, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and the ability to explain them clearly to clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the banking and financial services industry in Sulawesi Barat is a plus.
• Certification in bancassurance or financial services is a plus.
