• Monitor and report on environmental impact, and implement measures to minimize and mitigate any negative effects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and industry partners.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in mining practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in the mining industry.
• Proven track record of successful leadership in mining operations.
• Strong understanding of mining regulations, environmental laws, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using mining software and tools, such as Surpac, Vulcan, and AutoCAD.
• Certification in environmental management, such as ISO 14001, is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in managing mining operations in the Bangka Belitung region is a plus.
