📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and receiving processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory management and logistics operations.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.
