📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Consult with clients to understand their security and convenience needs and recommend appropriate smart home and security systems.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot smart home and security systems for clients.,Provide ongoing maintenance and support for installed systems.,Educate clients on the features and benefits of smart home and security systems.,Maintain accurate records of sales, installations, and client interactions.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., electrical engineering, computer science, or a similar field).,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, technical support, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of smart home and security systems, including brands such as Ring, Nest, Simplisafe, and more.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events.
