📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, storage, and distribution.
  • Lead and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor warehouse management systems and processes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage warehouse budgets and resources effectively.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse teams.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to warehouse operations.
