📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our strategies.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop targeted social media campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted outreach and engagement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with a significant following.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva, is a plus.
