📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the payroll process for all employees in Indonesia, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.,Prepare and process payroll reports, including payroll registers, bank transfers, and tax filings.,Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits to employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, tax details, and employment history.,Assist in the preparation of annual payroll audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide payroll support to other departments as needed.,Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and ensure compliance.,Train and mentor junior payroll staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll accounting, preferably in a multinational company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll laws and regulations.,Proficiency in payroll software and accounting systems.,Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
