Hotel Gilang Shop is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and staff performance. This is an immediate opportunity for the right candidate to join our growing team in Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage costs and inventory control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field is a plus.
