📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the menu, recipes, and service standards.,Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure the restaurant meets all financial targets and goals, including revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including HACCP and food handling practices.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales.
