📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company as a recruiter.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track progress and improve processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent for various roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
