📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage procurement processes including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering materials and services.,Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
