📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Assess and maintain patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures.,Monitor and report any changes in a patient's condition to the healthcare team.,Maintain a clean and organized patient care area, following infection control protocols.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the nursing department's policies and procedures.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a hospital or healthcare facility.,Professional certification from a recognized nursing board (e.g., SNM, ANM).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
