📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.
  • Work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance and initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop and refine marketing strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail.
