📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that meet the learning needs of employees.,Identify and analyze training needs through assessments, surveys, and feedback.,Create engaging and effective learning experiences using various instructional design methodologies.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and online courses to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training programs with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
