Space Max Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Store Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and supporting the store team to achieve sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage store operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.,Support the store team in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Prepare and maintain accurate sales and financial reports.,Train and mentor junior store staff to ensure high performance and customer service standards.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store administration or retail management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
