📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  • Preparing and presenting audit reports to management.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control frameworks.
  • Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control matters.
  • Participating in risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using audit software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
