📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we find the best talent for our team.,Manage employee relations to maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts to ensure a harmonious work environment.,Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and professional development.,Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management in a similar role.,Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
