📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.,Prepare and submit financial reports to management and stakeholders.,Monitor cash flow and prepare budget forecasts.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure timely payment to employees.,Maintain relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
