📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve issues.
• Utilize project management software such as Procore and Microsoft Project to track progress and manage resources.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local and national safety and environmental regulations.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, including progress, challenges, and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on residential or commercial projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from planning to completion.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Bali.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
