📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons tailored to the needs of our students.,Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to express themselves and explore new ideas.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their English skills.,Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.,Organize and participate in cultural activities and events to promote a well-rounded educational experience.,Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the school.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance and academic performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to students of various ages and proficiency levels.,Strong knowledge of English language teaching methodologies and curriculum development.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.,Fluency in English (both spoken and written).,TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus.,Passion for cultural exchange and commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.
