UNITY Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Warehouse Manager to join our team in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the efficient management of our inventory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management and a strong understanding of logistical processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to the Warehouse Manager.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and safety.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
