📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of distribution activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across distribution channels.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers to ensure smooth operations.,Analyze distribution performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.,Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards in distribution processes.,Conduct regular site visits to assess distribution operations and address any issues promptly.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in distribution management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong understanding of distribution operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with ERP or other distribution management systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards in the manufacturing sector is beneficial.
