📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their best.,Manage departmental budgets and resources, ensuring that they are used effectively and efficiently.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion.,Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the department's needs are met and that the company as a whole is running smoothly.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and initiatives as needed.,Report to senior management on the department's performance and progress, and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a master's degree or equivalent experience.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of the industry and a deep understanding of the company's products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.,Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,A results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and driving performance.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,A valid driver's license and the ability to travel is a plus.
