📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Present and negotiate contracts and proposals to secure new business.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to inform business strategies.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
