PT Raya Wira is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as expanding our customer base. This is an immediate opening, so we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Monitor and track sales performance and KPIs
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the local market and industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
