📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments from clients.
• Follow up on overdue accounts, negotiating payment terms and resolving disputes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Analyze receivables data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role in a financial or accounting position.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with a focus on receivables management.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Accounts Receivable or a related field is a plus.
