📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective execution of business development plans.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and performance.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand our market presence.
• Manage and coordinate business development projects from inception to completion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the poultry industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the poultry industry, including supply chain, distribution, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
